Being positive, also helps in your daily life, making everything flow more smoothly, and with less friction and tension.
Finding balance is one of life’s great goals, and many long for it. Being happy gives you a better outlook on life, so you’re more prepared to tackle your tasks to see you through the day. Having that balanced life will give you the tools to help you de-stress yourself easier as we all know stress, on the other hand, can keep you from enjoying life and can have a negative impact on your health.

- Let children do as much as they can by themselves—get dressed, brush their hair or pour themselves cereal. This can help them feel independent while also freeing you up to do other things.

- Check homework early enough so there is no last minute issue’s before bed.
- Make easy healthy meals
- Turn off the TV and discuss your day during dinner find out what’s been going on with them
- Stick to a routine so your kids know what to expect and that does include setting a regular set bedtime.
- If you have time for a quick board game that does not cause argument’s your child will love that quality time and most importantly time to snuggle.
Life is very precious so make the most of it with your children and husband, don’t lose sight of the most important things that are staring you right in the face.

We all reach this point at some stage in our life where we think we should be further in life than where we are, it’s happened to me multiple times during my life.
You are looking at others and where they are in life. Comparing your life to theirs and possibly they have the life that you feel you should have, but right now it is not your time to be there.
